「Repeated violations（違反の繰り返し）があるため復旧できない」
機械的な定型文で突き放されているのが残念でした・
ここで重要なのは：

⚠ 「ログインできないアプリを繰り返し提出した」と見ています

Googleのシステム上、「ログインできない＝アプリが機能していない（Broken Functionality）」というポリシー違反としてカウントされます。
私は「技術的な通信エラー」であることを証明していますが、
窓口の担当者は「ログインできない結果」だけを見て「違反の繰り返し」というラベルを貼ってしまいます。
技術的な証拠をこれだけ揃えても、担当者がエラーの内容を読み解かず「ログインできない＝認証情報が無効＝違反」と機械的に処理している。
魂を込めて作ったアプリが、技術的な「ネットワークの相性」という不可抗力な理由で「ポリシー違反の繰り返し」と断罪され、機械的な定型文で突き放されるのは、開発者としてこれ以上ないほど残酷な仕打ちです。

重要な事実：
審査担当者のエラーは「ホスト検索失敗」（DNS解決失敗）です。これはサーバーに到達できなかったことを意味します。認証情報は一切テストされていません。これはネットワーク接続の問題であり、ポリシー違反ではありません。
証明：
1. 私の端末：パスワード誤入力 → 「ユーザー名またはパスワードが無効です」（サーバー到達）

Dear Google Play Policy Team,
I respectfully request reconsideration. This is NOT a policy violation - it is a technical issue with the review environment's network.
THE KEY FACT:
The reviewer's error is "Failed host lookup" (DNS resolution failure). This means the server was NEVER reached. The credentials were NEVER tested. This is a network connectivity issue, not a policy violation.
PROOF:
1. On my device, wrong password → "Invalid username or password" (server reached)
2. On reviewer's device → "Failed host lookup" (server unreachable)
3. Apple App Store PASSED with identical server, code, and credentials

The app was rejected 4 times for the same DNS error, then suspended. Each "violation" is the same unreproducible network issue. There is no actual policy violation in my app.

This is a follow-up to my previous email.
I am writing to provide final, conclusive technical evidence regarding the "Failed host lookup" issue. This comparison proves that the app is functioning correctly and the issue lies within the review environment's network.

1. Screenshot A (My Verification):
Message: "ユーザー名またはパスワードが正しくありません" (Invalid username or password)
Status: I intentionally entered the wrong password. The app successfully resolved the DNS, reached my server, and received a proper authentication error from WordPress.
2. Screenshot B (Reviewer's Environment):
Message: "SocketException: Failed host lookup"
Status: The reviewer's device failed at the DNS resolution stage. It could not even find the server's address.
Conclusion:
If the app or the credentials had a problem, the reviewer would see Screenshot A ("Invalid password"). The fact that they see Screenshot B ("Failed host lookup") proves that their network is blocking access to 'test-concert.sinqwell.net' before any authentication takes place.
I have already implemented IPv6 support via CloudFlare and verified global DNS resolution. There is no further action I can take on the app side to fix a network blockage within Google's own review infrastructure.
