• アプリを初めてお使いになられる方は、まずここで生徒を登録しましょう。登録すると各生徒のQRコードが発行され、それを見せるだけで招待できます。
• これまでアプリをお使いになられている方へ：新しい生徒の追加はすべて招待制になりました。QRコードで生徒を追加してください。
• 生徒の情報を編集できます。名前、フリガナ、電話番号、メールアドレス、兄弟設定など。

生徒一覧：名前だけで生徒を登録できます

先生が名前だけで生徒を登録できます。

メールアドレスは不要です。アプリを使っていない生徒さんでも、先生の手元で月謝の管理を始められます。
未納のチェックにも、きちんと含まれます。

生徒一覧には「利用中」「未登録」のバッジが表示され、どの生徒がまだアプリを使っていないかが一目でわかります。

生徒リストがふりがな順

生徒情報の編集画面でふりがなを入力しておくと、月謝スタンプやレッスンを登録するときの生徒の選択リストが、ふりがな順(五十音順)に並びます。生徒数が多い教室でも、目的の生徒をすぐ見つけられます。

きょうだいの登録手順(先生側)

メールアドレス1つで、きょうだい全員の月謝袋とレッスンを切り替えて確認できます。
保護者の方がお持ちのメールアドレスは1つ、というのが実情かと思います。
きょうだいでレッスンの時間帯が違っても、それぞれ別々に管理できます。

1. きょうだいのうち1人が、アプリに登録されている状態にする

きょうだいをまとめる「代表アカウント」として、メールアドレスを持つアカウントが1つ必要です。まだ誰も登録していない場合は、先に1人を招待してアプリに登録してもらってください(招待のやり方は次の章で説明します)。

2. 「きょうだい設定」で代表アカウントを選ぶ

生徒管理の一覧から、きょうだい(まだアプリ未登録のお子さん)をタップして編集画面を開きます。「きょうだい設定」の「まとめて見る代表アカウント」で、先ほどの代表アカウントを選んで保存します。

保護者の方がログインすると、月謝袋の上部にお子さんの名前が並びます。タップして切り替えると、それぞれの月謝の記録と、それぞれ別々のレッスン日が表示されます。きょうだいでレッスンの時間帯が違っても、まとめて確認できます。

3. 招待コードで、月謝の記録を引き継いだまま登録できます

保護者の方が「やっぱり使いたい」となったときこの招待コードまたはQRコードで招待するだけです。

このコードを使うことにより
それまで先生が記録していた月謝のスタンプが、そのまま引き継がれます。

アプリを使い始めた瞬間に、過去の月謝袋がちゃんと見られる状態になっています。
ゼロからのやり直しにはなりません。

 退会（復帰）した生徒の管理 👋

レッスン登録のドロップダウンに退会した生徒さんがずっと残って
使いにくい…そんな悩みを解決します。

先生の画面から「退会扱い」にすると、現役の生徒さんだけが
すっきりと表示されるようになります。
過去の月謝・レッスン記録は保持されるので、CSVエクスポートにも
影響しません。

「大学受験で休止 → 数年後に復帰」のようなケースでも、
「復帰」ボタンでいつでも元に戻せます。

【月謝スタンプ管理】月謝を受け取ったら

月謝を受け取ったら、生徒と月謝日、金額を入力してスタンプ。メモも一緒に記録できます。

  入金日について

スタンプに 「入金日」 が表示されます。（実際の入金日を正確に残せるので、記録の信頼性が高まります。）

また設定した入金日は、保護者の月謝袋、スタンプの履歴一覧、そして CSV エクスポートにも反映されます。

その月の最後のレッスンの前日に届くメッセージを、先生が自由に設定できます。 たとえば「翌月分の月謝のご用意をお忘れなく」といった一言を入れておけば、 最後のレッスンの前日に、保護者へそのまま届きます。

生徒さんは、最後のレッスン日をつい忘れて、翌月分の月謝を持ってくるのを 忘れがちです。その“うっかり”を防ぐのが狙いです。

設定は、先生の画面の「設定」タブ →「最後のレッスン前日のお知らせ」から。 オン／オフの切り替えと、文面の編集ができます（集金しない教室はオフのままでOK）。

保護者の方は、いつでもオフにできます

通知は、保護者のマイページからいつでもオン／オフを切り替えられます。 必要ない方は、オフにしておけば届きません。

月謝入力後、保護者にどう見えているか確認できますか?

v1.12 以降、月謝入力画面の下部に、選択中の生徒さんの月謝袋がプレビュー表示されます。スタンプを押した瞬間、リアルタイムでプレビューに反映されるので、「翌月に入力してしまった」「金額を間違えた」といったミスをその場で発見できます。

既に登録済みの月に再度入力してしまったら?

v1.12 以降、既に登録済みの月への入力時は、上書き前に確認ダイアログが表示されます。「現在の内容」と「新しい内容」を並べて比較できるので、意図しない上書きを防げます。

教室によって集金のタイミングが違うのですが対応できますか?

v1.13以降、月謝スタンプ画面の「未納一覧」から任意の月を選んで
未納の生徒さんを確認できるようになりました。
「前月に翌月分を集める教室」「当月内に集める教室」「翌月に前月分を集める教室」など、
教室ごとの運用に合わせて柔軟にご利用いただけます。

未納の生徒さんへの連絡はどうすればいいですか?

未納一覧画面から、生徒さんごとに「お知らせメール」を送信できます。
先生のスマートフォンのメールアプリが起動し、あらかじめ用意された
丁寧な文面が入力された状態で送信画面が開きます。
文面はその場で編集も可能です。

If you log in with your account, you can continue using your previous stamp history.
