TangoPon Privacy Policy

SINQWELL (“we”, “us”) describes below how the macOS app “TangoPon” (単語登録ポン, the “App”) handles user information.
1. Our basic policy
The App does not collect personal information. There is no account registration or login, and the App does not send any user information to our servers.
2. Information the App handles and where it is stored

When you delete the App, the phrases you registered are removed from your Mac.
3. Right-click (Services) and the keyboard shortcut
- The only text the App receives is the text you have selected when you choose right-click > Services > “単語登録ポンに登録” (Register with TangoPon).
- The keyboard shortcut (⌥⇧T by default) is used only to open the registration window. The App does not monitor your keystrokes, and it does not ask for Accessibility or Input Monitoring permissions.
4. Exported files and Text Replacements
Files created with the App’s export feature are saved to the location you choose. After you import such a file into macOS Text Replacements (User Dictionary), how it is handled — including syncing to your other devices through iCloud — depends on Apple’s system and your settings. We never receive its contents.
5. In-app purchase
The purchase that removes the word limit is made through Apple’s App Store. Your payment information is handled by Apple, and we never receive it. Restoring a purchase is done by Apple’s system using your Apple Account.
6. Analytics and advertising
The App does not use any analytics tools or display any advertising.
7. Disclosure to third parties
Because we do not collect any user information, we do not provide any to third parties.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when we add features to the App (for example, syncing with a future iPhone version). If we make changes, we will announce them on this page.
