SINQWELL (“we”) sets forth the following policy regarding the handling of user information in the iOS/Android application “Afterglow Trip” (the “App”).
Information We Collect
The App does not collect any user information.
Your photos, location data, and travel records (titles, diary entries, and captions) are processed and stored only on your device and are never sent to any external server. We have no technical means of accessing your photos or records.
Photo Library Access
The App requests access to your photo library in order to automatically detect past trips from the date, time, and location information (EXIF) recorded in your photos. This information is used only on your device and is never transmitted externally.
Location Data
The App does not track your current location via GPS. It only uses the location information already recorded in your photos at the time they were taken.
In-App Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never receive your credit card or other payment information.
Advertising and Analytics
The App contains no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind.
Exporting Your Data
Your travel records leave your device only through your own export action (such as sharing a backup ZIP file). You choose where they go.
