Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the “Monthly Fee Stamp App” (the “App”) provided by Sinqwell (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between users and us regarding the use of the App.

Article 2 (User Registration)

  1. User registration is completed when applicants agree to these Terms, apply for registration through the method specified by us, and we approve the application.
  2. We may refuse registration if we determine that the applicant:
  • May violate these Terms
  • Has violated these Terms in the past
  • Is otherwise deemed inappropriate for registration

Article 3 (Account Management)

  1. Users shall properly manage their account information at their own responsibility.
  2. Users may not transfer or lend their account information to third parties under any circumstances.
  3. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from inadequate account management.

Article 4 (Fees and Payment)

  1. Basic features of the App are available free of charge.
  2. Premium features require payment of fees separately determined by us.
  3. Payment methods follow Apple App Store/Google Play Store payment systems.
  4. Fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Article 5 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the App:

  1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  2. Acts related to criminal activities
  3. Acts that infringe intellectual property rights including copyrights and trademarks contained in the App
  4. Acts that destroy or interfere with our servers or networks, or those of other users or third parties
  5. Acts that may interfere with the operation of the App
  6. Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
  7. Acts of collecting or storing personal information about other users
  8. Using the App for fraudulent purposes
  9. Other acts deemed inappropriate by us

Article 6 (Suspension of Service)

We may suspend or interrupt all or part of the App without prior notice to users if we determine that:

  1. Maintenance or updates to the App system are necessary
  2. Service provision becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fires, power outages, or natural disasters
  3. Other circumstances make service provision difficult

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

  1. We do not guarantee that the App is free from factual or legal defects.
  2. We shall not be liable for any damages caused to users arising from the use of the App.
  3. Problems arising from the use of the App shall be resolved at the user’s own responsibility and expense.

Article 8 (Changes to Service)

We may change the content of the App or discontinue the service without notice to users.

Article 9 (Changes to Terms)

We may change these Terms at any time without notice to users when deemed necessary. Users who continue using the App after changes are deemed to have agreed to the modified Terms.

Article 10 (Personal Information)

Personal information obtained through the use of the App shall be handled appropriately in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 11 (Notices and Communications)

Notices and communications between users and us shall be made through methods specified by us.

Article 12 (Prohibition of Transfer)

Users may not transfer their status under the usage contract or rights or obligations under these Terms to third parties without our prior written consent, nor use them as collateral.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
  2. In case of disputes regarding the App, the court having jurisdiction over our location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
